Healthy Cleaning

Choosing cleaning products that are better for the environment also helps indoor air quality and reduces our exposure to harsh chemicals. When EWG released the Guide to Healthy Cleaning in 2012, some of our scores and findings surprised not only our viewers but us, too. Who knew Lysol made a product EWG can recommend, while many cleaning products marketed as “natural” or “green” don’t pass?

Based on their information, I have already made changes in my purchasing and will be switching other products as I use up the old ones. How do your favorites rate?
